Meet Dr. Kurt S. Potach
Education and Experience
I attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, for my undergraduate studies and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry for my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I completed my Prosthodontics Residency at the University of Minnesota and taught at the School of Dentistry for a few years prior to moving back to Austin.
I regularly participate in continuing education to stay current in the dental profession and provide the best patient care possible. As a graduate of the Pankey Institute of Advanced Continuing Dental Education, I am confident that our patients receive the very best, most modern treatments available.

About Our Office
Outside the Office
I grew up right here in Austin, MN, and live just south of here with my wife, Brenda, our children, Kira, Karl, Karyn, and Kory, and our dog, Gunnar. I am passionate about my faith, family, and friends. Outside the office, I can be found at home with my family, on vacation, at an auto race, or at a hockey game.
Being active in the community is very important to me, as well, because I want to give back as much as possible to the community that has been so kind to us. I am a member of the Austin Noon Lions Club, Bethlehem Church, and YMCA board. In memory of our son, we founded the Karl Potach Foundation to raise funds to support children’s cancer research.
